Join Pilates classes on Saturdays at 9:30 am in the Ballroom! Improve your flexibility, balance, toning, strength, and conditioning. All levels and abilities are welcome.

Bring a mat and two small weights.
Cost:
$10 per class for HLC members
$15 per class for non-HLC members
