Can my event planner book the space or sign the contract for me?
Event planners may assist with planning but may not sign contracts or book the space on behalf of the host. Event planners must also complete a site visit with the host present prior to the event to ensure safety and clear communication.

Are cleaning fees included in the rental price?
For non-member rentals, cleaning is included in the rental rate. An additional cleaning charge will apply to events expecting 75 or more guests.

Is event insurance required?

-
Any event where alcohol is provided by the host or served by a bartender

Is there an alternative to event insurance for members?

What are the alcohol requirements for my event?
Events with fewer than 75 guests:

Members: Events hosted by active High Lane Club members may serve alcohol without a bartender, but must provide event insurance that includes host liquor liability coverage.

Parking in the High Lane Club lot is limited, especially during winter months following snow removal. Guests are always permitted to use street parking. Parking on grass or double parking is strictly prohibited.
