About the event
We are excited that Sarah Viglione will continue Pilates classes on Saturdays at 9:30 am in the Ballroom! Join Sarah to improve your flexibility, balance, toning, strength, and conditioning. All levels and abilities are welcome.
Have you tried her class yet? Don't miss it! Feel free to bring your friends or family to attend with you!
Bring a mat and two small weights.
Cost:
$10 per class for HLC members
$15 per class for non-HLC members
