Summer Camp Exploration Meeting

Join us for an open discussion about the possibility of hosting a summer camp at HLC next year. This meeting will gauge member interest, gather member's feedback, questions, and concerns. A Camp Exploration Committee will be formed to further evaluate the possibility of hosting a camp at HLC, should there be enough member interest. Please note: Attending this meeting does not commit you to joining the committee. This session is simply to gauge member interest.

Also noteworthy: this discussion does not confirm that a camp will be established. If there is sufficient interest, the Camp Exploration Committee will explore potential partnerships with an outside youth-serving organization through a formal RFP process. Conversely, if not enough members volunteer to join the committee, there will be no further steps toward establishing a camp at HLC.
